If you’re in Paris, pick up a copy of FUSAC magazine. I think they’re available all over the place, I picked mine up at Sharkespeare and Co. opposite Notre Dame.
It’s got adverts and listings for jobs (bilingual), accommodation (long and short term rents), courses (language, cooking, business), services and discounts galore. Oh, and it’s free.
